Study on Reorganization of public library with decrease in the number of facilities in England
In the UK, where public libraries are being consolidated and complex due to government funding cuts, some are transformed into community hub that contributes to social inclusion while meeting various local community’s needs. This research studies the programme and the spatial characteristics of those libraries co-located with other public services.
